Kay Taylor Makes Sweet Music in New Class
On a secluded island in Penobscot Bay, Monday is a day to come together and enjoy music, and, when there's a social event worth attending, Kay Taylor makes every effort to be there.
North Haven's local chapter of Kindermusik meets every Monday at the now five-year-old Waterman's Community Center. Our young star appears rapt with joy as the class begins with the familiar "Monday Morning Music" welcome song and follows closely as it moves from a group musical number with assorted instruments to an interactive song/dance "Into the Kitchen and Take a Peek." The highlight for our starlet appears to be when the attendees all sing and dance around with the multi-colored scarves. "Combining fashion, music and a social event?" one industry observer quiped, "I can't think of something more appropriate for a young up-and-comer like Kay Taylor. She enjoys herself, but, more importantly, who wouldn't want someone like her at an event like that? It instantly makes it the place to be."

Enjoying Respite from Action, KayTay Relaxes
After a whirlwind of activity over the past week, Kay Taylor finally took a break to kick back and relax with her inner circle of advisors and celebrate her recent success. Several photos show the young star sitting up and laughing as she enjoys a lazy afternoon with her co-agents/parents as well as two of her four grandparents. "Her career grows by the day," one industry insider said. "The public may not realize that all this development comes with a certain amount of exhaustion at the end of the day. No wonder she needs to take a break every now and then."
In another more revealing (but tasteful) photo, our favorite starlet is modestly applauding her own success as she relaxes from a large morning meal of oatmeal and mashed bananas. Perhaps our young lady has her own version of the breakfast of champions. Certainly it seems to be working well for her budding career.

Ahoy Matey! KayTay Hits High Seas
Though she had already experienced with enthusiasm the ferry ride out to North Haven earlier in the month, last week Kay Taylor decided to venture in a much smaller craft out on the tidal inlet near her exclusive Maine getaway. Her mother/co-agent was emphatic that new ventures such as these must only be done with the utmost caution. She relayed the (albeit fictional) account of the S. S. Minnow and its crew to the young star and then persuasively instructed her client to don her new life jacket for the trip. As you can see from the above photo released by the star's press department, KayTay appeared all smiles as the outing began.
However, the Bean Patch was able to secure several unauthorized photos taken during the brief boat trip and the young celeb appeared less than enthusiastic as the trip progressed. "I believe she enjoyed it," her publicist said in a brief interview. "It will be the first of many trips for the star. After all, North Haven's all about being on the water and Kay Taylor certainly loves North Haven. I think that says it all."

Entertaining Continues with the Three W Sisters
Last week, our young starlet spent an evening sipping drinks with her new best summer pals - Kate, Lydia and Zoe W. along with their mother Claire, grandmother Ellen and father Stephen. "I'm a new girl in town," the star reportedly declared, "and there aren't three better young ladies to teach me the ropes." Reports are KayTay is particularly fond of Claire and, according to one source, "the feeling is clearly mutual."
Kay Taylor says she looks forward to calling on Zoe and Kate in roughly seven years when she enters the sailing program on North Haven and, in the meantime, hopes to pick up some painting tips from artist Lydia. For the time being, however, our star appears content to engage in more simple pursuits. "Right now, I'd like to just hang out and get to know each other better."

Reid All About It - Guests Inspire Bean Patch to Break Silence
Kay Taylor's entourage grew by two this past weekend as Aaron and Amy Reid arrived to check up on the star's progress. (Though postings may be less than timely, check out the Reid Review for more news on the Reids. Of particular interest may be the report of Aaron's trip to North Haven in 2006.) The two admirers only stayed a little over a day but managed to pack it full of activities. Reports are the group enjoyed kayaking, golfing, and shucking and eating oysters followed by a nice barbecue dinner and some quality time catching up. (Perhaps our young starlet did not participate in quite all the activities?)
More importantly to our loyal Bean Patch readers, the weekend ended with a promise to recount on the backlog of stories from the past ten days. Stay tuned; more to follow tomorrow...

Summer Season Kicks into High Gear
With the summer season officially beginning, Kay Taylor has been busily visiting new friends and stretching her legs at the playground. Sources tell the Bean Patch that Kay Taylor's social schedule has been booked solid with cocktail, engagement, and lunch parties. On a recent ferry trip to Rockland, photos were released of KayTay with new friend, Whitney N.
Then, after a busy day in Rockland, photos appear to have been taken of the star looking energetic and raring to go; however, minutes later, her stamina gave out and slumber took over. It's been an exhausting few weeks, and Kay Taylor knows she needs to take sleep when she can get it.
A new passion for the young starlet is the playground. She especially enjoys the slide and swings. Currently, both activities require the assistance of her co-agents, but isn't that the job of a good co-agent?

Kay Taylor Celebrates First 4th of July
Kay Taylor celebrated the 4th of July by taking her first ferry trip. It was a cold and windy afternoon but the little star rose to the occasion as she ventured across Penobscot Bay. Although most would say the fireworks were celebrating our country's independence, young KayTay could have sworn at least some of the celebration was for her.

Kay Taylor Meets Boston Area Celebrities
After months of hearing stories of Boston's infamous rising star Sylvie, it was time for Washington's newest talent to make a trip up north to Sylvie's publicists' Saturday Before the 4th of July Party to see whether all the good press was true.
It was. Sylvie and Kay Taylor became fast friends and spent a good bit of time watching the festivities, swapping stories of tireless paparazzi and checking each other out.
Also, Kay Taylor was able to spend some time with a new star on the scene - Ethan B. While he is a younger man and spent a good bit of the afternoon napping and eating, reports are the two stars spent some quality time hanging out together.
Last but not least, a good bit of the weekend was spent with Madeline and Jake O. Rumor is that the paparazzi caught many moments together but the photos have not yet been released. Stay tuned.
