Bean Patch Resolves Writers' Stike, Returns to Press

Management, reporters and fans gathered last night at a press conference announcing a break-through in talks with the Bean Patch's writers and reporters. After a strike lasting over a month, the mood was celebratory. The Bean Patch's editor-in-chief: "We here at the Bean Patch value our readers and know they are starved for news. We are not going to make excuses for the last month; we're just concentrating on going forward from here. Kay Taylor's career is continuing to move forward positively. Her fans need more information."

Many at the press conference emphasized there was no connection between the Bean Patch's writers' strike and that of the Writers Guild of America, though several reporters did express solidarity for their Hollywood counterparts. "These strikes really just hurt the fans, but fans need to understand there are other uncontrollable forces affecting how stories are being brought to them."

Kay Taylor's father/co-agent was sympathetic to the situation: "We need to cut these writers some slack. They lead busy lives. Many are only part-time writers and are spending a lot of time juggling many tasks. We at Camp Jellybean are happy the Bean Patch is back online. Kay Taylor's doing well and we're glad her fans will be getting news again. There's only one real source for news on Kay Taylor and that's the Bean Patch."

The Bean Patch appreciates the patience of its fans and will double its efforts to get information out on a timely basis.

Come ON!! You finally find time for an entry after a MONTH and all we get is atmospherics??? I mean, the schtick is cute and all, but I expect Kay Taylor is cuter. Even TMZ.com manages to impart some actual information in its posts. I hear it does anyhow. I've never looked at it myself of course. Ahem.

Welcome back! Due do us a favor and never post again sans a photo! I'm a big fan of yours and all of Kay Taylor's entourage, but I really just want to see chubby cheeks, tiny fingers, that kind of thing.
